My career began in the construction industry during the building boom of the early 2000's. When the market shifted so did my career. I went into the property management field as a maintenance technician and ultimately supervisor. After a career changing injury, I used the time off to grow, learn, and immersed myself in Real Estate Education and materials. I took the exam in 2015 and earned the highest score ever earned on the exam ( A Pass). I then grew my career into a Maintenance director and Property Manager position at some of the Top Management Companies in the Industry. I excelled as a Certified Property Manager working with investors, clients and tenants. Not many have the eye for detail and experience when inspecting homes. As a person who has done the work and knows what to look for in a home sets me far and above the rest. I look for a home that will stand the test of time and will help my clients succeed. Its important that my clients know and are aware of the condition of the home and its likelihood to have something go wrong. There are a lot of aspects to Real Estate that can be learned but does your realtor really know what it takes to build a home? Are they going to know what to do when something goes wrong? Are they going to even answer your call? I'm still available for each and everyone of my clients long after I give them the keys.
